Bookmarks for a Swedish Bible Study group

With the help of Alex Grey Jones, we have produced bookmarks for small group members at Holy Trinity.  On the front we have a copy of our mission and vision statements and on the back a 5-step guide to the small group meeting.  I’ve also commented elsewhere on why this method of bible study is right for our time.

Step 1 – pray
Step 2 – read the bible passage for next Sunday’s sermon and write down your answers to four questions.
Step 3 – share your answers and pray
Step 4 – pray for each others needs
Step 5 – think about who to invite along to the group

  1. Your Brother says:

I’m part of a group introducing the Swedish method in China… we independently came up with the idea of bookmarks! Ours are a lot less wordy though. It was partly a way to signal to established believers that different rules applied now.

  2. Those bookmarks are beautifully done! I pray they are very helpful and effective!
