I’ve been using a great Android bible app on my Archos tablet. Daily Bible is free, which is great for a Scotsman, and it combines four apps which make it a must for all Christians.
First, it has a daily verse. Great for a quick meditation. The verse can be shared on Twitter and Facebook, so the word of God can be spread easily. Second, there’s a bible reading plan, with four chapters a day, presented on one screen. Third, it has podcast devotionals, including recent sermons by John Piper and Rick Warren amoungst others. And finally it has the whole bible, ESV and six other translations, with an audio version of the ESV. Brilliant.
